Flavorful homemade seafood gumbo and delicious sweet treats

Our Seafood and Collard Green Gumbo, Louisiana style, has a traditional Creole rich seasoning and flavorful taste. It's made of a savory tomato red base roux, and loaded with crab, hotlinks, andoille sausage, tomatoes, assorted peppers, garlic, onions, celery, chicken drumettes, and various size shrimp poured over long grain rice.
