About The Chef
TikTok influencer Chef Chantel Jackson, a Tacoma Native, started her culinary journey in 2016 when she was tired of cooking for corporate companies. So, she took a leap of faith and started her own private chef and catering business, Thyme Well Spent.
Chef Jackson is in high demand in the PNW, she has catered for companies such as the GSBA, Amazon, Facebook, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Washington State Fair and more. She is also a certified World Food Championship Judge, for the plant-based category and participated in the Dallas 2019 Games. In 2021, her Vegan Mac ‘n Cheese went viral with over 8 million views, which lead to her creating a vegan- and gluten-free cheese powder that is now available in hopes to spread health and wealth, one city at a time.
While feeding people is been her passion, she also enjoys entertaining, especially through song. Chantel has performed at various events throughout Washington, and has performed the National Anthem at Monster Jam, baseball games, other sporting events and at the Washington State Fair Concert Series.
