- Our event is rain or shine, and while partially outdoors there are plenty of indoor spaces to warm up and take in holiday joy.
- Tickets can be purchased onsite and online - onsite ticket sales end at 8:30 PM nightly.
- Guests with pre-purchased tickets may enter until 9:00 PM - after 9:00 PM, no new guests may enter.
- The event closes at 9:30 PM.

What began in 2020 as a drive-through holiday experience to spread joy and cheer in the winter season has evolved to a holiday spectacular! This seasonal tradition has become a staple in the South Sound, with something for everyone and exciting new experiences added every year. Yes! Buying online in advance is the best way to save. The biggest savings are available during our Christmas in July promotion, with additional advance pricing available before the event begins with additional advance Early Bird pricing through October 13, 2026. Yes — admission tickets must be purchased for a specific date. Any Day tickets are available exclusively as Platinum Tickets ($45) which go on sale on October 14, 2026.

How Does it Work?
Simply purchase the number of Flex Tickets you'll need. When you're ready to reserve your date:
- Log in to your account using the email you purchased your Flex Tickets with. If you checked out as a Guest, select the "forgot password" link to access your account.
- Navigate to the Holiday Magic Tickets page.
- Select your preferred event date.
- You will see your available $0 Holiday Magic Flex Tickets.
- Complete your reservation.
Do I Have to Choose During the Early Access Window (July 22 - Oct. 13, 2026)?
While there is no rush to choose your date, we strongly encourage you to complete your reservation before all other tickets go on sale on October 14. Taking advantage of early access is the best way to ensure you lock in your ideal visit date – once all other tickets are live, Saturdays and other peak dates start to fill up fast. After October 13, we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to reserve your preferred date. You can reserve your date via your Flex Ticket portal as late as the final day of Holiday Magic, Wednesday, Dec. 23.Flex Tickets Go On Sale July 22!
Holiday Magic Flex Tickets are available while supplies last. Flex Ticket holders receive exclusive early access to reserve their visit date before all other tickets and packages go on sale October 14, 2026, giving them the best opportunity to secure preferred dates before they sell out. We strongly encourage selecting your date during the early access period. Preferred dates cannot be guaranteed, even with exchanges. Flex Tickets may be redeemed through December 23, 2026. Yes, while changing your date once you’ve confirmed your reservation is possible, it is managed as a ticket exchange at the Box Office and is subject to a $20 change fee. We recommend only selecting your date once you’re certain it’s the one you want! With the Flex Ticket, you’ve got time to decide and the ease of knowing you already have your tickets.

Yes, we offer a discounted admission ticket for members of the military each Friday of Holiday Magic. Please be prepared to show valid ID upon entering the event. See Tickets page for details.
The main parking and entry for Holiday Magic is in the Green Lot and Green Gate on the west side of the grounds (same side as the Classic Coaster/Giant Slide.) Additional parking and entry will be available all operating hours of the event, in the Blue Lot and at the Blue Gate.
Nope! Parking is FREE.
3-D glasses will be available for pick up at Guest Services inside each gate.

- Ugly Sweater Night - Sunday, December 6: Adorn your most hideous (and delightful) holiday sweater and celebrate an evening of winter fashion that's so bad, it's good. You might even win the Ugly Sweater Contest!
- Grinch Nights - Friday, December 11 & 18: You know him, you love him, it's not the holidays without him, it's... The Grinch! He'll be causing chaos all over Holiday Magic on these special nights, so dorn your favorite green getup and meet the Green Meanie himself!
- Holiday Pajama Party - Sunday, December 13: Gather your crew and sport your favorite matching PJs for the coziest tradition of the year. We can't wait to see how you celebrate!
- Bright Night - Sunday, December 20: Help us light up the night at Holiday Magic! Wear your brightest holiday outfit, from glowing accessories and light-up sweaters to sparkling sequins and dazzling threads. Help us glow all out - the brighter, the better!
Yes, we partner with KultureCity and have a Sensory Shed on-site where guests can get a private, quiet reprieve. This area also has sensory tools.
No, the footprint of the event covers the south end of the grounds – it is also fully walkable ADA-accessible.
Both! There is a lot to experience inside and outside.
Designed by Swiss scientists, Glice® is an ice alternative used world-wide by professional Hockey leagues and skating athletes during training seasons. Glice® provides an authentic skating experience on real ice skates without the worries of walking away cold and wet.
It is highly recommended, if you really want to skate, since availability is limited. You will select a specific day you want to skate and reserve that. It saves you money too!
On-site sales will be offered based on availability. But pre-sold online sales will have priority.
Yes, rental is included in the price of the skate session.
You may bring your own skates. We recommend the blades are extra sharp for the best experience on the Glice®. There’s not a discount, as it’s a set fee that includes skating and rental.
We recommend dressing warm, possibly in layers as this event is both indoors and outdoors, in December. Check out our Theme Nights if you'd like to participate and dress on-theme!
Yes, there will be delicious food and cozy drinks.
No, the Yeti Bar is for ages 21 and up only - however, the bar is located between an all-ages seating area and the Ice Skating Rink.
The market features vendors selling products that will make for great holiday gifts… or to enjoy yourself! It is located in the AgriPlex.
Yes, they are FREE, and no reservation required! Santa, Mrs. Claus and their friends will be hanging out inside Santa’s Clubhouse. Head over any time for a special meet-and-greet with everyone!
They are two separate events, but the Fair will be a participant in the parade, in downtown Puyallup. You can watch, wave and then come enjoy Holiday Magic!
Comfort animals and family pets are not allowed on fair campus property. Service Animals are welcome throughout the facility. Initial screening will take place at all entrance gates.
Make sure your event planner has given you the location of your party, then stop by a guest services booth inside the gates upon arrival, and a staff member will give you directions to your building.
We will have a very limited number of wheelchairs available to borrow while at the event. These will be located at the Guest Services booths, on a first-come first-served basis. There are no scooters available.
