RV Rates
- Advanced Reservations are required.
- Off Season: Rates starting at $42.00 / night (Water, Power, Sewer)
- Special Event / Fair Rates: Rates starting at $48.00 / night (Water, Power, Sewer) or $39.00 / night (Dry Camping)
Refunds
- No refunds if cancellation not given at least five days prior to arrival date, plus a $20 minimum or 25% cancellation charge, whichever is greater will apply on all cancellations.

Campground Terms & Conditions
Campsite & RV Rules
- Check-In: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: 1:00 PM (unless other arrangements have been made)
- One Unit Per Site: Each campsite may host one RV or travel trailer and one vehicle unless otherwise approved by management. Additional vehicles can be parked for a fee.
- RV Condition Requirements: RVs must be in safe, operable, and clean condition and carry current liability insurance.
- Parking: Park only in designated parking areas. Do not park on empty campsites, grass areas, or roadways.
- Site Integrity: Keep all personal items within your assigned site. Do not alter the campsite (digging, installing structures, etc.) without management approval.
- Generators: Generators may be used only during non-quiet hours and must comply with campground noise limits.
Safety & Environmental Rules
- Speed Limit: The speed limit within the campground is 5 MPH at all times.
- Environmental Protection: Cutting, trimming, or removing trees, brush, or vegetation is strictly prohibited. Please help preserve our natural surroundings.
- Fire Policy: No firepits allowed on any fair property.
- Fireworks, Weapons, and Hazards: Fireworks, explosives, firearms, and hazardous materials are prohibited on the property.
- Waste & Sanitation: Dispose of trash in designated bins—do not leave trash outside overnight. Gray or black water dumping is only allowed into approved sewer hookups or dump stations. A sealed sewer connection (such as a hose elbow/collar) is required. There is a $500 fine per occurrence for violations of this policy.
Guest Behavior & Courtesy
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All guests must avoid loud music, excessive noise, and generator use during this time.
- Noise Control at All Times: Be courteous. Loud or disruptive behavior is prohibited 24/7.
- Cleanliness: Littering is not allowed. Keep your campsite and common areas clean.
- Alcohol & Drugs: Illegal drugs are prohibited. Alcohol is permitted only within your own campsite and must be consumed responsibly.
- Visitor Policy: All visitors are your responsibility and are held to the same expectations. Visitors must depart by quiet hours unless registered to stay overnight.
Pets & Children
- Pet Rules: Pets must be leashed, under control, and never left unattended outdoors. Guests must clean up after their pets immediately.
- Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Facilities & Property Use
- Commercial Activity: Soliciting, peddling, or conducting business on the property requires written approval from management.
Conduct & Community Standards
- Respectful Behavior Required: Harassment, discrimination, threats, or offensive behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Prohibited Conduct: Any behavior that disturbs others or harms property, wildlife, or the environment is prohibited.
Management Rights & Liability
- Right to Refuse Service: This is a privately owned campground. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
- Right to Evict: Violation of any rule or law is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for all damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, their pets, or their visitors.
- Assumption of Risk: Camping involves inherent risks. Guests use the property at their own risk.
- Not Responsible for Loss or Theft: The campground is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the campground, owners, and staff from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from their use of the property.
- Policy Changes: Management may modify or add rules at any time as necessary.
Emergency & Security
- Emergency Procedures: Follow all posted instructions and directions from park staff in the event of an emergency.
- Security: Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
