Oktoberfest NW is a family-friendly festival with fun activities for the entire family in the Munich Festhalle.
Kids 1/2-Mile Root Beer Run
Hot on the Stein Dashers heels will be little Stein Dashers! Kids 10 & under can participate in the ever-popular 1/2-Mile Root Beer Run.
All Kids 1/2 Mile Run participants will receive:
- Kids Root Beer Run T-shirt
- 5 oz Root Beer at the 1/4 mile mark
- Free Entry into Oktoberfest NW
- Stein Dash Mug
- First Root Beer on us!
Abita Root Beer Garden
The Root Beer Garden features keg-poured root bier floats, treats and snacks!
FREE Pumpkin Decorating
Find a spot at the Kinderfest table and decorate a pumpkin with all sorts of fun items, from googly eyes to glitter! Leave your pumpkin to dry and collect later.
FREE Face Painting
Kids of all ages can get free airbrush tattoos from 11am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Authentic Maypole Dance
Take part in an authentic Maypole Dance with the Enzian Schuhplattler Dancers as your instructors!
Kids Hammerschlagen® & Games
A dedicated Kids Hammerschlagen® area by the Root Bier Garden. Teach your kids the rules, and enjoy!* There are also corn hole toss boards, holey boards, and giant stack-able blocks throughout the Munich Festhalle for all to enjoy! * Children must be supervised by an adult.
Sunday Half Price Family Day
$7.50 General Admission on Sunday if purchased online. Kids 12 & under are FREE all weekend!
Note: All ages are welcome at Oktoberfest NW until 6 pm on Friday & Saturday, and all day Sunday. Guests must be 21+ after 6 pm on Friday and Saturday.
