Foundation Events

For decades, the Washington State Fair Foundation has been ridin’ tall in the saddle when it comes to investing in the bright futures of students all across our great state. Since we kicked off the Blue Ribbon Scholarship Program back in 1991, we’ve awarded more than $2.5 million in scholarships to high school seniors and adult learners who are workin’ hard to rope in their educational dreams.

Now we’re lookin’ ahead to our 28th Annual Round Up Auction, “Saddles & Sunsets.” and our sights are set on keepin’ that spirit alive — supporting education and celebrating the grit, heart, and determination of Washington’s students.

This year’s shindig will take place on Friday, August 7, 2026, and promises to be a real barn burner — a gathering of folks who care deeply about community, education, and opportunity. With your help, we aim to raise more than $250,000 for scholarships across Washington. To get those bidders excited (and bidding high!), we’re rustlin’ up auction items that inspire and delight.
