April 22 & 23 - Sample some of the best BBQ in the state and see who takes home top honors.

Up to 35 teams compete for their share of $25,000 in prize money. And YOU get to taste it all.

Tasty Samples

Delicious BBQ samples will be available on Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23. Limited samples will be available for purchase while supplies last. Taste early for the best selection!

Schedule

• Saturday, April 22 - 10:00am - 7:30pm
  BBQ sample sales throughout the competition area - Check out the competitors, how they cook their BBQ and taste what they've created.
• Sunday, April 23 - 10:00am - 6:00pm
  It's competition day! BBQ Sample sales available throughout the competition area from 11:00am until 5:00pm or as supplies last. Taste what the pro judges are tasting.
• Sunday, April 23 - Pacific Northwest BBQ Association Competition
  11:00am - Pork
  12:00pm - Brisket
  1:00pm - Chicken
  2:00pm - Ribs
  6:30pm - Awards
